How long do you take to repair my iPod?

Most iPod repairs are none within 48 hours of the iPod arriving at service centre. however some items we don't stock and can take 2-3 days to arrive from are supplier, We are however doing all we can to stock these items and provide a even faster service for you.

How should I send my iPod to be repaired?

First find a complete the repair form for your iPod on the Home Screen, package your item as securely as possible, we recommend using bubble wrap and then inside a jiffy bag. Then simple post it Royal Mail First Class Recorded (£2.00) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£4.60) for compensation up to £500 to:

Does it void my apple warranty?

Yes, Apple clearly state that any repair not done by themselves voids their warranty.

Do you use non-apple parts?

No, we use 100% genuine apple parts, and if these aren't available we use second best OEM.

What warranty do I get?

With all Viper iPod's parts and repairs you get a 3 month warranty.

How much will I get charged if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?

We will only charge you £6 to cover the return postage and packaging.

How can I pay for my repairs?

Paypal (credit and debit cards) or online bank transfer.

Will I loose my songs that are on my iPod?

Depending on the repair you may loose your songs stored on the iPod so please back-up you iTunes play list before sending your iPod to us. If the repair consists of replacing the hard drive for hard drive based iPod's or replacing the logic board for flash based iPod's you will loose your songs. However a screen replacement wont affect your iPod's content.

Will I actually get my iPod back or will I get a refurbished one?

Yes you will get Your iPod back and not a refurbished one, we only replace damaged parts not the whole iPod.
